Finally; Government Admits To Not Doing It’s Job

We have finally gotten to the crux of the matter concerning illegal immigration. The Federal Government doesn’t enforce this Nation’s immigration laws. John Morton, the assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, reportedly stated that his agency might not process illegal immigrants from Arizona. Gee, what a surprise. Perhaps that is the very reason the State of Arizona felt in necessary to enact it’s legislation. Perhaps if the U.S. Immigration Dept. actually enforced the Federal laws already on the books Arizona wouldn’t need to make it’s own law.
All of the decrying of the Arizona law by people who don’t even know the law is despicable. The U.S. Federal Immigration laws are much harsher than the Arizona law. In fact, in 2004 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that federal agents do not even need reasonable suspicion to ask for someone’s immigration status. The Immigration Dept is authorized to check anybody within 100 miles of the U.S. Border. They randomly put checkpoints up in Washington State along the Olympic Peninsula looking for illegal aliens for crying out loud. The Left is screaming about the Arizona law but they should know, from their standpoint the Federal law is even more problematic.
So why all the uproar over the Arizona law as apposed to the Federal law? Because those on the Left fear that Arizona might actually enforce their law. While everyone knows that the Feds don’t actually enforce the federal laws. If they did, we wouldn’t be having this debate.

So far we have at least 2 Administration Officials who have publicly condemned Arizona’s immigration law admitting that they haven’t even read it.
First it was Attorney General Eric Holder. The one man in the Administration who should know better than to pass judgment on something he hasn’t even read. Holder said he plans to read it before determining whether it’s constitutional. Uh, DUH! How do you determine if something is constitutional if you don’t know what it is?
Then during a Senate hearing on the BP oil spill, Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano stated, “”It’s a bad law enforcement law,” she said. “I believe it mandates and requires local law enforcement or puts them into a position many do not want to be placed in.”, even after admitting in that hearing, “I have not reviewed it in detail. I certainly know of it.” Janet, you just stated the you haven’t read it but it’s bad. Are you psychic?
President Obama has continually stated, “I think the Arizona law has the potential of being applied in a discriminatory fashion.” Mr. President, that can be said about practically any law on the books. Do you believe our law enforcement personnel will unjustly apply the law? Is that your opinion of the police? Well, actually it is. Remember when he stated that the Cambridge Police acted stupidly? He didn’t even know the facts of the case but immediately attacked the police.
This is a Presidency and Administration run completely on buzz words, with no actual substance behind it. Empty suits reacting with histrionics over things they know nothing of.

Gulf Oil Spill: What You Won’t See On TV

There’s a concerted effort going on to keep the truth of the Gulf oil spill from the public. Have you seen any reporters out on boats with the clean-up crews? Most of them are on the shoreline waiting for oil to wash up.
The dispersant they are using cause the the light components to evaporate and the heavy components to congeal and sink to the bottom. They are preventing the oil from washing ashore and devastating that area, but they are also hiding the visual evidence of the true devastation.
It took BP a week to release the video taken of the oil gushing out of the pipe. And for good reason, the video evidence contradicts their claims. BP estimates approximately 5,000 barrels a day are spewing out. But since the video was released two experts have come forth and stated that by their calculations it’s more like 75,000 barrels a day.
No photography is allowed by the crews on the clean-up fleet. But some brave crew members are getting the message out. These are the kind of images the BP desperately doesn’t want the public seeing.

From the crew member aboard one of those vessels. “These are iphone images since my nice camera would’ve been too revealing to management. Project supervisors have an eagle eye on workers for these things as BP doesn’t want unregulated information being disseminated to the public. It was explained to me that people would take photo’s and worker comments out of context; due to ignorance or the desire to spin anti-BP commentary to the activists, without a BP representative to explain what a photo was showing.”

These images were taken by a crewman on one of the skimmer ships working on the clean up. The comments that accompanied them are his. “There were frequent migratory birds from South America that showed up on the decks covered in oil or were overcome with the petrol fumes. Their corpses popped up all over the place”.
The media isn’t showing you images of oiled down and dead birds. But there are many other creatures in the sea. “Marine life, like a pod of dolphins, were swiming in and out of the oil, lots of jelly fish covered in oil. The extent of the damage there goes unseen due to the nature of the sea – a hidden locker full of mystery.”
No environment rescue boats are allowed in the zone. BP has the policy that all workers are to have a “hands off” view of all birds and marine life. We did rescue a brown pelican covered in oil on the last day out since it was caught in the boom zone, but the crew members took their time about it. The poor bird covered in oil sat in a box for 6 hrs plus time on a crew boat – they refused a helicopter.

A industrial hygienist takes frequent readings for H2S gas, VOC’s, and benzene – on multiple occasions the levels were at dangerous levels, but were modified to skew the results so respirators weren’t worn when they should’ve been. VOC’s of 60 and 120 ppm. There were times you’d come out from inside the ship and the fumes coming off the ocean would give you a headache.

The crewman is now home and suffering from pneumonia type symptoms from the toxic vapors around the spill. As are other clean-up workers.
It’s beginning to be clear that this spill is probably much worse than the public is being led to believe. Consider this; twice now some experts have postulated that only a nuclear detonation could stop this leak. A nuclear detonation? We’ve created a problem so big that an atomic bomb is the solution? This is serious folks.
The last figure of 75,000 barrels a day was given with a 14,000 barrel margin of error, so let’s take his best case scenario and say there are 61,000 barrels a day coming out. To drill the relieve well will take at least 90 days. So the best case scenario is 5.5 Million barrels spilled. If it takes as long as the Iztoc spill it could easily surpass it as the largest spill in history. If it takes longer or they can’t get it under control, it could be an extinction level event from the breakdown of the food chain.

Mojave Desert War Memorial Stolen

After a bitter battle over the Memorial Cross in the Mojave desert the United States Supreme Court ruled that the cross did not violate federal law and should remain.
Now, the cowards who have no respect for this country, it’s laws, traditions, or the people who fought for their freedom, have stolen the Memorial. I can’t believe anyone is so bitter, hateful, and petty. Can’t have your way, act like a 5 year old and throw a temper tantrum. Is this the new Hope and Change they were looking for?

Another Bomber False Flag Set-Up

I earlier wrote about the Christmas day underpants bomber and how that was a false flag event, probably staged by our own intelligence agency’s. Well we have another, and even more poorly done.
The official story of the NYC Bomber Faisal Shahzad is that he is a radical Muslim turned U.S. Citizen, traveled to Pakistan often, and most recently spent 5 months at an Al Qaeda training camp learning to make a bomb. Let’s break this down.
Al Qaeda has successfully used this type of bomb hundreds of times around the world. They know how to make them, they are very good at it. And yet we are supposed to believe that they spent 5 months training Shahzad and he couldn’t get it right. I mean, he wasn’t even close. They really can’t charge him with planting a bomb because what he had was not a bomb. It was a bag of non-weapons grade fertilizer, some fireworks, and two propane tanks. It had no chance of blowing up and damaging anything, other than causing a fire in the car.
I find it impossible to believe Shahzad was trained to build bombs by Al Qaeda. Anyone who watches TV knows more about how to make this type of bomb that Shahzad apparently does. We all know the fertilizer needs to be mixed with diesel fuel from watching the news on TV.
So what’s the deal? Is Al Qaeda suddenly incompetent at making bombs? I doubt it. Can they not find someone in the U.S. who is intelligent enough to build the bombs? Unlikely.
Al Qaeda uses such bombs all over the world successfully, but only the ones inside the U.S. seem to fail. Curious, is it not, that one country they hate and want to destroy is the one country they are unable to make their bombs work in?
Don’t believe it for a second. This was a U.S. Intelligence False Flag operation, probably getting the population set up for the next grab of our Liberty’s with more control and crack downs.

A NASA Coverup

I have been watching the images from NASA’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory for quite some time now. Lately, NASA has been releasing fewer and fewer images from all but 3 of the satellites onboard instruments.
Last evening I came across this bulletin from the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center –

Joint USAF/NOAA Report of Solar and Geophysical Activity
SDF Number 113 Issued at 2200Z on 23 Apr 2010

IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 22/2100Z to 23/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. No flares were observed and the visible disk remained spotless. A CME was visible in both Stereo A and B coronagraphs leaving the sun around 22/00Z with trajectories suggesting a potentially geoeffective event. SOHO LASCO data gaps in C2 and C3 imagery prohibit confirmation of a halo at this time.

Strangely enough, there is a gap in the data of SOHO’s 3 instruments that are working that occurs at exactly the time this bulletin indicates there was a Coronal Mass Ejection. Coincidence? I think not.
This is more than ample evidence that NASA is censoring the data concerning this CME. Since it is headed towards earth, per the USAF/NOAA bulletin, we should expect to be hit with the CME today at the earliest, or perhaps tomorrow.

Since NASA is censoring the images of this CME I can only conclude that it may be large enough to cause panic if presented to the public.
